DATA & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This page explains what information is handled when you contact me or use the website tools, what is sent for processing, and what remains in your browser.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

01

Contact enquiries

When you submit the project enquiry form, the information you provide—name, email address, project type, message, and any optional budget or timeline—is sent to the contact inboxes configured for this website so I can understand and respond to your enquiry. The form is not a newsletter subscription. A short-term anti-spam limit may also use a hashed network identifier to restrict repeated submissions. The email service and inbox providers handle the message under their own policies and retention settings.

02

Image Optimizer

Images selected in the Image Optimizer are uploaded to the website server for processing. The tool accepts static JPEG, PNG and WebP images, subject to the displayed file and batch limits. Your uploaded images and optimized files are deleted after 15 minutes. Download links are available during that period. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or third-party images unless you have the right to do so.

03

SEO / AEO / GEO Analyzer

When you submit a URL, the analyzer sends that public URL to the website service so it can inspect the submitted HTML page and selected referenced resources. It also checks supporting domain files such as robots.txt and the XML sitemap. It does not crawl every page listed in a sitemap, sign in to protected areas, reproduce full browser rendering, submit forms or measure actual search rankings.

04

Lead Leakage Detector

For the public website scan, the selected URL, page limit, business category and conversion goal are sent to the website service. Other questionnaire responses—including marketing spend, enquiry estimates and optional financial assumptions—are processed in your browser and are not included in that scan request. A limited audit history and task status may be saved in your browser’s local storage. You can clear the audit history from the tool or remove local site data in your browser settings.

05

Analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics 4 is configured on selected website pages to help understand site usage. Google may process usage and device/browser information under its own privacy terms. The website also uses browser storage for functions such as the visual theme, preloader state, and locally saved tool history or task progress. You can manage or clear browser storage and cookies through your browser settings; doing so may reset saved preferences or local tool history. For details about Google’s data practices, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

06

Public website scanning and safety

The website tools inspect public HTTP or HTTPS pages only. The scanners apply request limits, restrict inspection to the selected hostname where applicable, and block private network targets. They do not submit website forms, complete bookings, make purchases or access authenticated content. A website owner should only submit URLs they are authorized to assess.

07

Service providers and external links

Website hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics, font delivery and external social or messaging links may involve third-party services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. This website does not sell contact-enquiry information.

08

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit an enquiry or use any of the tools. You can clear browser-stored tool history and site preferences from your browser. For a question about a contact enquiry or a request to correct or delete information you have sent, email contact@yeshwantbhatt.com. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in a request.

This policy describes the current website and tool behaviour. It may be updated when the website’s features or service providers change.
